Right or wrong in a discussion depends on what side you are on. That's the biggest problem in discussions and even leads to war between countries and ethnic groups. Respecting each others opinion even if you don't understand or agree with it is mandatory for a good conversation. (geez... I'm starting to sound intellectual... I need a beer)

I would suggest to remove unneeded text from quotes or remove the quote completely when you reply to someone, If you really want to know what they wrote exactly then you can go back and read. This clutters the thread.
