The Website psx-sense.nl, which also got detailed information for the PS Vita before they were official, claims to have the specs for the upcoming PS4.
As you may already know, Sony doesn't deny the plans for a PS4 anymore. To be more precise: they even said that

There was already a picture of a sheet of paper which showed a few specifications, which were quite "impossibruuuuuu"!
Here are the specifications:
• AMD Fusion APU - Codenamed 'Liverpool'
• AMD x86 Quad Core at 3.2 GHz
• ATI r10xx (3rd generation) GFLOPS at 800 MHz and 1843 - Codename "Tahiti"
• 2 GB RAM
• Blu-ray
• HDMI 1.4 - 1080p output
• 320 GB + HDD
• 16 GB Flash Memory
It's said that developers urge Sony to upgrade the RAM - 2GB seem quite a bit few.

For me these specifications seem a bit more realistic than the fake from a few days/weeks ago. What do you think?
