Hi everyone,
I have the followings:
1) an asian verions ps3 2512a fw4.11, minverchk value is 3.5. i dont know the first fw value as it is a second hand.
2) e3 flasher
3) a 4.11 nor dump. i tried restore my ps3 by using this dump so i think it is a valid one.

the downgrade progress is ok until i flashed the 'E3_downgrade.bin'. the ps3 will switch off in 1-2 second (with no red light) and no any 'plug the controller' screen.

i checked the nor dump has value as follow in 810-830:

is my ps3 is not downgradable or i made mistake during downgrade?
