I was up very l8 last night .I get carried away on the PC with things i like to do .I will get the rest up here after i do a few things .I woke up at 3pm sadly

For the people thinking there only connecting to hackers .I doubt that & i tell you why i am in the modding scene big time everyday & if there is one thing i know is MW2 has a 113 mod menus, so no matter what you will get in to a lobby with a potential mod menu user .Remember they are not hackers .They are mod users / modders are game modifiers, not hackers ,some both

Do you have CFW ? If you do & not geohots just install from a USB from install package files .They are debug packages .I could have signed them but i did not .If you cant install do to it not being signed install the normal 113 the extract my package & copy the folder right over yours in dev_hdd0\game\BLUSxxxx ? whatever your game ID is. remember some had to delete there data & re download .I think this is do to the OG release being it was BLES & i converted all to different regions & that can happen when installing a custom patch like this one .
I recommend you backup your folder if you have DLC & make a temp folder in dev_hdd0\TEMP & move you folder there if not on PSN if you are on PSN download the DLC's first & the delete the data or move it. I never delete my data in case we get cut off from PSN & can get it back, i am cautious.. If you need to finalize/sign the package get magic package it can sign/finalize then you can install if needs to be signed depending which CFW you are on ..
