I use 100% medical oxygen and Imigran injections for it.
Experimented with mushrooms and they help. Only problem is they are forbidden in my country (the once free Netherlands) for some time now and I am not that happy to obtain them from the black market...
Smoking weed can help but sometimes it's a trigger and not a helper so I have to be careful with that...
