This can be easily fixed, just copying one of the background files (AVCHD.JPG, TMBBG.JPG, XBDBG.JPG, etc) as DESKBG.JPG and repacking the THM file

Yes I know, "DESKBG.JPG" is present only in the "Pirates TMC Edition" which is the latest.
Do not bother with that in older, because it does not having this image in the theme, multiMAN places that are in the "Original Theme", not the last theme applied.
I have no "ICON1.PAM" in my themes :D
