Why is it that people have to jerk off everything release? Just like Kakaroto said, this has been possible since 3.60. And if it doesn't allow execution of code, then whats the use? Call me whatever crap you want to, this is useless.
Instead of always releasing half code, how about release something complete? Its like giving you half a mother board; without the other part it will not function and is completely useless. It is something, but it is nothing.
