That's how my ex was. She wasn't flat chested at all, but small enough for her to be totally insecure and self conscious about them. She also wanted to get a boob job.
I could only do so much as to re-affirm that she was fine the way she was, and that I liked her the way she was, but, that wasn't good enough to make her think otherwise about it :P
