Are you using 0.5b4? Did you issue an "erasechip" command before writing? What writing mode did you use? Did you double-check your wiring?

Is this supposed to mean that you can write a dump that you've previously made with NORway? If you didn't do an "erasechip" it's quite normal, because you're actually not writing (same content).
