The themes will be with the extension ".p3t" or ".edat" can not be in folders

like this:
dev_hdd0/themes/X.p3t
dev_hdd0/themes/Y.p3t.edat

not like this:
dev_hdd0/themes/x/X.p3t
dev_hdd0/themes/y/Y.p3t.edat
