think about it us (kids)...so many of us have been wanting or even begging to play new backups (toys). the devs our (mothers) who could give us this new toy for free but arnt because she thinks we arnt good kids or itll cause trouble. the drm dongle people (cool kids or the ones who were good enough to get the toy and show us) wont let us have there toy, makes sense because its theirs...right? best analogy for the scene. period
