You can use Rebug's coldboot installer found here: http://rebug.me/coldboot-installer/ Create a folder called coldboot on a USB drive and place the coldboot.raf into that folder. From there plug it into the PS3 usb slot closest to the Bluray drive (all the way to the right). Install/run Rebugs coldboot installer and follow onscreen instructions. BTW replacing coldboots this way is only available on CFW.
