After installing OFW with Qa flag toggled on, the syscon checks are dehashed. So you can installed any CFW you want. Then toggle Qa flag off, and delete the app if you wish.
After doing this it is like your console was never downgraded. You can install OFW 3.55 again without needing the Qa flag toggled on.
