If naehrwert and other devs get to decide what information the public can obtain then $ony and the courts should be able to decide what information the devs can obtain. It's a very hypocritical double standard of them to behave this way. All they've been doing is complaining that $ony should let the information be free only to turn around and handcuff it themselves. Everybody knows the real reason why they don't want the info out. I highly doubt they've done "nothing useful" with this info for the last 1 1/2 years or that they've released "nothing". They've released something alright...it's called a dongle. I've read all the arguments against them releasing the info and nothing for that argument makes sense to me. Who are they to decide what end users can do with it?
