On the first label image, the model number is written with an uppercase 'o' instead of a 0, e.g. CECH-4O11B. The second model's label is written with a 0, e.g. CECH-4011C.
Notice how, on the first image, all zeros are slim ―as you would expect from a non-fixed width character― yet the "zero" in the model number is clearly fatter.
An interesting observation for you, make of it what you will. Could be a simple, honest mistake at the factory.
