It might be cause of a few files are there from 113 . All you need to do is find the english & french folder on dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30591 <= that us my game ID . Inside there dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30591/USRDIR <- look for 2 or 1 folder depends on which region you have Spanish/Russia/ etc .I have french + english .
For me i would delete english & french folder then re install 109 & then there will be no files left from 113 . Make sure you dont delete anything related to the DLC files just the patch ! I will look at my game & see & i will get back to you in 15min to see if that happens to me .

I think either your patch is not getting over written or a error on your end . I have just tried & installed 113 from my patch & installed 109 over it & my DLC shows & plays normal ? I don't know why your game is doing this. What is your game ID ? Do what i said about deleting the english folder & the other one if there is another language folder in there . Make sure you dont delete the folder i speak of from your game back up !
Make sure you sure installing the proper patch region code for 109 . I have done this installing over & over patches every day i even go down to 101 to 113 & i never seen this ..
