You can use E3 flasher, since your model has NOR. Only thing you need just in case is do the tristaste to SBE in order to avoid some problems in the future.
So you are good to go.
Don't install any .PUP or use youtube videos to downgrade. You have tutorials here and in my sig link to ps3devwiki.

P.s: The model of your PS3 or manufacture date, etc it's on the rear close to the AC connector. And check the
SKU models on ps3devwiki for better reference.
