No, they are actually liking what is happening right now. It's just a guess, but an educated one judging from the recent changes to rules and regulations governing piracy etc.
#1 Sony don't really care that much about the piracy itself as they have been in the game long enough to know it happens and take account of it in profit estimates etc.
#2 They will use the fact that this latest set of in-house leaks (in-house in this case meaning within the pirating community) as ammunition to use in court as it shows (whether rightly or wrongly), that the devs who have raped their system have been using it to make money through TB etc.
#3 Using the 'proof' in #2 gives Sony and others Much more leverage to crack down even harder on hacking communities as it all but cripples the acknowledged (and allowed) hacker defence/right to reverse engineer something for intellectual benefit.
Of course I could be talking out of my bum hole, but hey ho, time will tell lol
