i keep getting Failed: kexec /var/petitboot/mnt/ps3dd2/boot/

what am i doung wrong

now i got
"sbin/init: error while loading shared libraries: libselinux.so.1: cannot open shared object file: no such file directory
kernel panic - not syncing: attempt to kill init!
call trace:

and then it hangs right there.. :0

i also get alot of "failed: read only" errors, like when i type reboot, it will have abunch of failed: read only errors
