I realize this yes, but, technically there is still .. hmm 6 hours and 10 minutes left (according to Eastern Standard Time). And if we go even further east, Vancouver, BC is 3 hours behind my time so... then there's still 9 hours left in July 20th, 2012.

What I'm trying to say, is maybe they are waiting until the VERY VERY end of July 2012, 2012 (as in over ALL ACROSS the world)
