Apparently I just messed up my PS3, after converting it back to CEX, I forgot to use the CEX Lv2diag_exit.self from FSM Tool v2 and my PS3 now is not booting, I used the DEX Lv2diag_exit.self
Now my PS3 will turn a Green light, turn Yellow then keeps blinking Red.
I guess my luck is over.
I will try to use some of the dongles I have around to put it back in service mode, but apparently is not even reading the USB.

why won't you try changing the config file to exit the service mode?
like this:

i never needed the Lv2diag_exit.self to exit the service mode.
