Have you tried any other games? if they work then your rip is incorrectly formatted, remember to use discex and place the games on your fat32 32kb cluster fat drive at X:/games/<gameid>/game.iso.
If you haven't tried any other games, then I think you should, because your drive might not be correctly formatted.
Do you have an SD card in the wii?
My settings for MMNT:
NMM = disabled
No DVD Patch = Default
Devo memcard off
DM wide screen = on
The last 2 options will not make a difference.
Does your TV support pal signal>? is your wii pal?

Yes I have a SD card in the wii.
I tried pokemon colosseum and it freezes at the nintendo screen.
PS: I just tried with your settings and it said in DIOS MIOS screen : Fatal error app_main: dst not in MEM1 !
