I will say this, E3 have a good reputation of keeping their word and delivering.
Since they released the E3 card reader (long time ago), they charged the minimum possible compared to other exploits made available at that point (if I remember correctly, CFWs were not still available).
Their release have been always user friendly and their objective is very clear: Help downgrade / re-flash / un-brick ...or I should say, "SAVE" consoles.
Their business have never been like "True Blue" + Clones, in any way.
So in my eyes, personally I believe E3 are not in the same universe as "True Blue".
Right now, I cannot talk about the future, because I don't know what "will" eventually happen (if someone does know, then please let me know the lottery winning numbers, thanks! LMAO).
So, time is the only one who will reveal if E3 will maintain their good reputation or will make them fall to the dark and sh*tty abyss where True Blue is located right now.
