Then installed the Harley and Catwoman DLC, and then installed the ALL DLC Fix.. all from OP.
The BLUS folder was created with sfo, .png and DLC folder.
Now, i copied the DLC folder from its location in BLUS folder to its BLES' counterpart.
Booted the game via mm-->xmb
Blank screen
Went again with the mm-->xmb procedure of load and boot,
Success.
Now, Harley Quinn DLC is enlisted as NEW. Which means its ready.
Catwoman DLC is still locked.
I had installed only HQ and Catwoman DLC. Shdnt Catwoman DLC be open or does that gets activated only AFTER game completion ??
Somebody pls clarify.

Re install the fix after any other DLC installs ,if you installed that one after if not then i am not sure about that..
