Yeah, I'm going to re-rip my disc and try again. Just deleted all data for Dirt 3 and applied the update and fix exactly and still asking for 3.60 so I'm at a loss there.

My Skyrim asks to update but I just press no and it loads, have you tried to get past this stage ?
