The notheros rsod pup is just a temporary cfw to bypass the rsod so you can try to fix it. Do not stay on notheros rsod cfw as it is unstable and can cause more damage. Install norsod.pup and then run the rsod.pkg to fix the issue. Then upgrade to a real cfw. If it returns you have hardware issue. Another way is the lvl2diag rsod fix, but you have to enter factory service mode for that.
