Im not sure what is going wrong. What model do you have? It really doesn't matter which model as long as it is nor, and has a minimum firmware of 3.55 or lower. Let's see if

can help. He is a pro at these. It looks like everything is working fine, and it shouldn't turn on to XMb. Are you turning it off through the XMb or by the power switch?
