Make sure nothing is plugged in usb.
Then flash e3_downgrade.bin again.
Reboot ps3.
Then you should have the connect controller screen.
The continue guide from DO NOT CONNECT CONTROLLER SCREEN.
POWER OFF FROM SWITCH ETC.......
Make sure to flash your original bios first. Do not have anything plugged in while flashing.
