i done it fast and did not check the whole info.
But progskeet was the first one to appear on boards as the first hardware flasher.
this is a picture of Marcan's noraliser on the wiki. it was updated to the wiki on 22 dec 2011 but the camera timestamp under Metadata has it as 21 dec 2010 so thats about 2 years before progskeet HERE. and once i find the thread i remember the descussion/creation of the TEENSY++ port and fixed instalation that went on at least 6 months before the progskeet was mentioned.

The one's who really want to get more info about which hardware flasher or jig was the first one they have ps3devwiki (which i some i doubt some of them will *waste* their time checking that info).
