BCES00569 works fine for me and brings up the expected list of updates.

2. Make sure .net 3.5 or 4.0 installed.

In this Moment i load updates via ps3_list and patch this files!!!!

EDIT!!!!!! my old german page was ps2.cx and we have over 1000 ripkits created for the PS2 and you want to tell me that I have no idea!!
