I just wanted to make sure this is the best DC emulator out there?
Also, when I open it, it asks for dc_boot.bin and dc_flash.bin. Been looking for a while to download them but don't know from where. Apparently I should have a dreamcast and get them from it but mine got somehow lost when I was on vacation
EDIT: I "think" I found what I want..
