1. I understand what region changing means but what does it exactly do? I also understand that in DEX you can't have Blu-ray movie Playback. When you patch the NOR dump with a region say from 89 (AU) to 84 (US), what does it changes? Will the Blu-ray Region becomes A and DVD Region become 1?
2. The 82 (default) value will result in a new DEX NOR dump. So, when I patch the NOR dump to 84, does the resulting NOR dump is CEX or DEX?
