Here is my scenario in a nutshell

Model: PS3 Slim CECH-2501A
Out-of-the-box F/w: 3.40 (verified by "Minimum Version Checker)
Current F/w: 4.11

What I have purchased:
1. E3 Flasher 3K Limited Version PS3 PlayStation3 Downgrader & Jailbreak
2. E3 Card Reader AVR
and of course
3. Cobra USB

I am looking to successfully downgrade from 4.11 to 3.55 and then implement cobraUSB.

Does anyone have any experience in this scenario?
I've searched around and haven't found much.
