Yea, the 0 takes a space as well, which is why the maximum size is 2^32-1 and not 2^32.
It _was_ subtracted a value of one, as it is necessary to make it wrap from its lowest possible to its highest possible number, which is 2^32-1(=4,294,967,295)... Did we misunderstand each other somehow? o0

I believe there was an err in communication between us. I believe that we are both trying to say that there are 4,294,967,296 numbers ranging from 0-4,294,967,295.
