Do i have to install the Patch first and then the fix or only the fixes?

If the fix for MW3 says 1.03 does that mean I must update to 1.03 first or it will update to a patched 1.03 from my 1.0?

Oh, and are these mods or simply fixes so we can play on 3.55? What is spoofed to 9.99, the firmware or the patch?

i dont know exactly what this is good for?

are these the patches to play the games on 3.55 or are these patches just to play the games with newer updates but still with true blue?

Any way to use any of these patches?
