dongle? this has nothing to do with dongles. this has to do with making your own eboot (or sprx files) instead of relying on downloading others eboots. for example i downloaded 4 portal 2 eboots and files and none of them worked. i ran through this tool my eboot and sprx files and BAM. game worked.
