The disc icon you see in multiMAN, is not your disc. It is always there. When mM sees the disc, it shows like all the games on your hdd.
If the disc is not showing up on the xmb, then it is most likely the laser lens needs cleaning. Or more likely replaced.

it seems you are right ... man I bought this ps from ebay used like new in other words brand new and he said everything work in great condition ?!...anyway I will contact with the seller about this problem.
