Just cleared my cookies, history, etc. It appears to be the top banner ad that sometimes pushes down over the page. Now it's an eBay ad for me that overlaps the page which (because there is no way to X it) does not allow me to click some hax links like 'new posts'. Not complaining just posting my findings as it may be the hax page can be slightly modded. I am not sure if I can attach pictures from a screenshot but I will try.
