Well the IDPS would only be ****ed up on the DEX flash, not the CEX one, so it should work, but it's probably pointless since updating the DEX FW would still mess with the syscon and cause the CEX flash to not boot.

But you should be able to boot a cex fw with dex flash. Brick risk but it should be possible. Only try with hardware flasher pls.
