Sorry i can t tell precisely but the system keep about 10% ( let s said, but it s a bit less) from the internal space. So from the start you should be mssing 50gb. So it s normal.
Max internal Hdd is something like 1Tera if i remember right the latest test done by Euss (you can find the results on the wiki)
