I am pretty sure I know the problem now. Sorry for all the inconsistent posts, it's just a lot of info to take in switching back and forth from both of your threads and error logs. Ok, here goes. You are essentially downgrading your ps3 with the e3 flasher. Then after you downgrade, you are flashing your e3 flashers onboard nor with the newly created 3.55 cfw bios. Then you switch hard drives and update your ps3s onboard nor back to 4.21 ofw. When you do a downgrade with e3 flasher, you MUST use rogero firmware because it is hashed for downgrading. Then you can dehash by qa flagging and then update to 3.55 ofw then to whatever cfw you want. Yu didn't use rogero, so you soft bricked. This can be fixed. Give me a moment to gather my thoughts and type out what must be done

Ah, I see. I appreciate it very much.

You never flashed the e3 nor so it stil blank. The ps3 is in soft brick because it knows it's been downgraded since you used a cfw that doesn't have the syscon hashed

Ok, here is what I think you should do. Remember,
I am not an expert at dual boot. I have never done one. I know about downgrading with e3 flasher as I have done multiple consoles with it. Everything I suggest should be done at your own risk. If you don't want to take my advice or feel I may make things worse, that is fine. No hard feelings wait until someone else with more experience with dual booting posts. Stop reading now if you would like to wait for further help from someone else do you have valid bios dump from THAT console on ofw?

I just typed up a step by step guide to try and help you. Let me know if you are interested in reading it and I will post it. You need valid bios from your console. It doesn't matter what firmware they are on, as long as they are valid and from YOUR console.

screw it. I typed it, so I am going to post it. If you don't read it or follow it, no harm done. I am 99% sure this will fix it. I know it isn't going to mess it up any more than it already is. Here goes
Here is what i would do. I would leave 1 and 2 up and the rest down. Then turn on the ps3. It should stay on. Then put your bios from THAT console on the sd card and press start. It should light up blue one by one. When it is done, DO NOT TURN CONSOLE OFF. Now put switches 1-5 down and 6 up. Hit the reset button that is on the e3 flasher underneath the sata cable. Ps3 should stay on. Now take sd card and put it in your computer. Add the e3 downgrade.bin to the sd card. Keep your bios on there. Put it back in the e3 flasher and hit start. It should complete. It will take some time so be patient. Once it is done and starts flashing alternate blue lights, turn the ps3 off by holding down the power button until it shuts off. Then put switch 2 up to cfw and switch 6 back down. Then turn the ps3 on. It should say plug in controller, DO NOT DO what it says. Turn of by pulling power plug or switching the switch. Now turn your sata station off. Turn the sata back on. Now with the fsm dongle in the right USB port and do the power eject trick. Should turn off after a few seconds. Now you load step 1 folder lvl2 diag and rogero ps3 updat.pup on USB and put in right USB port. Turn on ps3 and it should start downgrade. Will take some time. Once it shuts itself off, you can turn it on to verify you are on 3.55 rogero. Turn it back off. Turn it back on with step 2 lvl2 diag on a USB to exit fsm. You are now downloaded. Now you continue with the dual boot guide starting at number 7 on the guide.
