yeah the file is the right size (pretty sure all edats are small)
use multiman
just install the file in devhdd0/home/ooooo1/exdata
(something like that or VERY close but the EDAT file goes in exdata folder)

just use reACTpSN version 2.20 to make your own edats for any game
