Hi Everyone,

I tried to be smart recently by jailbreaking my PS3 and as a result, I ended up on demo mode. I did a system update online thinking it will fix the problem but I ended up on 4.23 demo mode. I know how to unlock it but everytime I turn my console off I have to unlock it again. I just wanted it to go back to how it use to be and be careful if I decide to JB it again. So my question is this:

Do I need to wait until Evil Corp comes out of OFW 4.23? If it does come out and I do a system update, will it restore my PS3 to retail version?

Can anyone point me where I can have my PS3 serviced?

I have a PS3 model CECH-2100a 80gb and I believe it is a slim.
