Can I just overwrite the Patch 1.06 for Skyrim or deleted the game data and patch the 1.06 ? I am afraid of lose the continue save.

EDIT: Wait a minute.. Its not .pkg. Its eboot and param.sfo so its not 1.06 patch. I am confused.
