There's a way on DEX 3.55 download Rebug lvl2 loader. Extract the lv2 kernel from a cfw like kmeaw then ftp the file to the root of your devflash(
not inside any of the folders). Install lv2 loader package and run lvl 2 loader it should boot your system with the lv2 kernel temporarily so you can use ps3 usercheat.
