Hello everyone,

I installed the rebug CFW and followed the tutorial very carefully. Everthing is fine, I can run Backups and I can see the Package Manager and the Debug Options but the CEX/DEX Rebug selector isn't working. Anytime I start it I got a black screen and after some time the XMB cames back with the message "Game quit :no request event" :-( and when I check the System Information it says Firmware 3.55, so it seems the spoofing isn't working.....

What's wrong? I searched the web but I did not found a answer to solve that problem. Can someone help me?

I have a PS3 Slim (120GB) is it possible that this Version is not compatible?

Hi,

I found a solution for my problem, after I found a youtube video that described the usage of rebug selector I was pointed to an idea thats maybe a problem of the screen resolution. I checked the settings and this was already set to 1080p, I switched it to 720p and tryed again, and now the rebug selector is working :-) I have no Idea why it was not working on 1080p but that dosn't matter....I am happy to found a solution!

OK one more details..after I tryed to start the rebug selector multiple times I mentioned that my TV switched every time in 1080p.....now I am realy sure the reason for my Problem was that I set the Display Settings -> Video Output Settings -> HDMI to Automatic! It's important to set it to "Custom". After that select all available resolutions and that's it. Now when I run the rebug selector it start with 720x480......as I said before, with my old display settings it tryed to run on 1920x1080. I think that was the problem.....
