Just boot to the cannot find HDD screen, when the guide says boot to xmb.
Then when after u remove the flasher and put the ps3 back together, it will boot to a screen asking to format the HDD.
Put rogero on USB flash drive like this:
USB: PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP and follow the instructions on the screen.
Then finish with dehashing.
