Hi,
this is my first post, i really do hope i can help out a few people to "enjoy" psn.
So here is what i did as exactly as i can recall:
- I am on 3.55 KMEAW
- PS3 is 60GB Fatlady CECH (Custom Design btw)
- until today i used a really old spoof (4.11 rebug)
First i downloaded
this and threw it on my pendrive.
Then i went to my PS3 and first i DEACTIVATED 4.11 spoof. Didnīt touch anything while process was beeing done, then console rebootet itself.
Then i installed the above pkg (the spoofer from this thread).
Tried psn - no luck.
So i tried the last f u c k PSn release, installed it EXACTLY the way it is explained.
Exchangeing the .cert and stuff.
After i had finished this i tried PSN and guess what... still no luck, error 80710101.
****psn gave me just a couple of lines and closed itself again.
was about to put all hopes aside, so i tried to figure out what the error could be.
i came to realize that (pretty simple btw) the ports has been blocked from a program.
terminated this program and guess what... iīm online
.
My advise is to check and doublecheck that ports 80 AND 443 are not beeing blocked by ANY program, otherwise your ps3 wonīt connect to your computer.
