you can use ps3 spoofer tools v5.5+cygwin (from evilnat)to create a proper pkg
sgk team did only spoofed the 4.21 sen enabler by evilnat without changing passphrase
even we change it to 4.25 pass it wouldn connect because the ps3 ask for update
this is why you need to rebuil a new pkg (sorry i don't have time for it) using fix_psn.exe
and spoofer.exe from ps3 spoofer tools 5.5
