I try the same thing, also i get the sgk 4.25 spoofer, i unself the vsh.self with scetools and i change the passphrase from 6F8404 to 6F8444.3
But i see with notepad searching occurence 99.99 that the line had 4.11 fw write
So i change to 4.25

now my problem is when i reself the vsh, i certainly doing something wrong cause my Ps3 bricks when i try my spoof
If that help you tell me more on yours experiences and how reself correctly the vsh ?
